Jim has been at IBM 31 years in sales, consulting, and management. He currently works at the IBM Institute for Business Value where he does research on the big issues facing governments around the world. One that he has been focused on a lot recently is the whole issue of how governments and companies should address the pending retirement of a generation of Boomers and the effects that is already beginning to have around the world. Jim is the author of dozens of articles and books dealing with various management issues and considers this topic one of the biggest challenges we are going to face over the next half dozen years.
Eric is an Associate Partner in the IBM Institute for Business Value. He leads research and thought leadership for IBM Business Consulting Services' Human Capital Management practice. Eric has written and spoken frequently on a range of knowledge, collaboration and human capital issues, including the impact of the aging workforce on corporations.
Ed lives on the edge, in that he is a Maryland Eastern Shore resident. He has 20+ years experience within the field of Information Technology products and services, and specializes in developing and defining new solutions, marketing and partnership management. Ed works for IBM Business consulting Services in the Human Capital management/Aging Workforce area.
